Lamborghini Urus What? B&B’s Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk Boasts 800 PS!

B&B Automobiletechnik has rolled out a few upgrades for the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, which make the already powerful SUV even mightier.

For €3,950 ($4,393) in Germany, the tuner’s Stage 2 upgrade can lift the output of the 6.2-liter, supercharged V8 from 717 PS (707 hp / 527 kW) and 875 Nm (645 lb-ft) of torque to a massive 800 PS (789 hp / 588 kW) and 985 Nm (726 lb-ft) of torque.

The stock Jeep needs as little as 3.7 seconds to get to 100 km/h (62 mph) from a standstill, and tops out at 290 km/h (180 mph), but with B&B’s kit, that time has dropped to 3.4 seconds, while top speed has increased to over 300 km/h (186 mph). Thus, on paper at least, the Lamborghini Urus, which is 0.2 seconds slower and has a 305 km/h (190 mph) top speed, should be no match for the tuned Jeep in a head-to-head drag race.

Should this be too much for some owners of the Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, then they could get Stage 1 instead, which costs €1,498 ($1,666) and ups output to 740 PS (730 hp / 544 kW) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque.

Also available are a high-performance stainless steel exhaust system with flap control, which costs €5,950 ($6,617), as well as a €798 ($887)sport spring set that drops ride height by 50 mm (2 in), while leaving room for the 11×22-inch alloy wheels.

The tuner is also targeting other versions of the Grand Cherokee, like the SRT, which can be fitted with a slightly modified version of the aforementioned exhaust system for €5,495 ($6,111). Finally, the 3.0-liter V6 CRD diesel can be tuned to 350 PS (345 hp / 257 kW) and 680 Nm (502 lb-ft), in exchange for €1,950 ($2,169).
