Motorola is expected to announce the so-called Motorola One Hyper later today. If you’ve been following the rumor mill, you would know that the smartphone is Motorola’s first with a pop-up selfie camera and a 64MP sensor. We’ve seen leaked images of the phone before, but today’s photos come straight from the source.
WinFuture claims to have obtained official images of the Motorola One Hyper from Motorola Brazil’s servers. The outlet has published tons of new images of the phone which is expected to launch later today.
The images show Motorola’s new all-screen design. As expected, the Motorola One Hyper is seen with extremely thin side bezels and a slightly thicker chin. There’s no camera cutout on the display and a pop-up mechanism houses the rumored 32MP selfie shooter.
The back of the phone has a glossy finish and houses the vertically stacked dual camera array. The Motorola One Hyper is expected to carry a high resolution 64MP sensor, and you can see the words 64MP written on top of the camera housing. The back of the device also houses a physical fingerprint sensor.
The Motorola One Hyper seems to have three color variants: Blue, Copper, and Purple. From what we can see, the smartphone looks pretty good with its tonal paint job. That vertical dotted bar highlighting the camera module and the Motorola logo also adds a little flair.
In terms of specs, the Motorola One Hyper is said to pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset, 4GB RAM, 128GB expandable storage, and a 6.39-inch IPS screen (FHD+). All these seem like pretty standard mid-range specs. We’re waiting to see what Moto does with its cameras and hoping that the device comes with Android 10 out of the box.
