There are plenty of bodykits for the Toyota GR 86 already available and over the coming years, we expect to see lots more hit the market. However, very few, if any, will be as striking or as unique as what Arta Mechanics has dreamed up.

Dubbed the Vigale, the car was presented at the Tokyo Auto Salon and was actually built for a customer of the Japanese tuner. Arta Mechanics is also in the midst of building a showroom in Japan where GR 86 owners will be able to purchase this kit, and others.

The front fascia of the Vigale makes the GR 86 appear much more aggressive than it already does. Arta Mechanics has crafted a unique bumper with gulping wide air intakes and sharply-angled shrouds. The sports car has also been equipped with a unique front grille and two black aerodynamic elements on the splitter. Further adding to the dramatic design is the new badge, triangular design elements on the side of the bumper, and design lines running around the badge and extending along the new hood.

Arta’s design team has also ensured that the Toyota’s sides make a dramatic statement thanks to flared arches, louvers on the front quarter panels, unique rocker panels, and a set of aftermarket forged wheels with a gloss black finish.

The rear of the Vigale is the most eye-catching angle. Arta has completely removed the GR 86’s taillights and replaced them with four circular headlights that look similar to those of a Ferrari from the mid-2000s. Surprisingly, these lights work well with the overall design of the car. Other changes include a new bumper, diffuser, and quad tailpipes. The entire exterior has also been resprayed in a shade of satin silver.

Rounding out the modifications are a set of Bride Stradia III seats wrapped in leather and Alcantara.
