Bugatti conceived the Chiron-based Centodieci as a homage to the iconic EB 110 but not simply satisfied with paying respect to the road-going EB 110, the owner of this particular Centodieci wanted its design to mimic that of a race car.

Production of this Centodieci recently wrapped up and it is unlike any of the other nine heading to customers. In fact, the exterior has been designed to look just like the EB 110 that competed at the 1994 edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

To achieve the desired look, the French car manufacturer painted the exterior of the Centodieci in a shade of blue and then applied many of the same decals as the EB 110 endurance racer. While it’s unlcear if these are simply stickers or have been painted on, we can see all of the same sponsor logos as the race car had, including many from Michelin, BBS, Esso, Ultron, Monte Carlo TMC, and JVC.

This Bugatti Centodieci Was Built As A Tribute To EB 110 S Race Car From Le Mans

The wheels of the Centodieci also sport a gold-painted finish, just like the wheels of the EB 110 from Le Mans. It’s only fitting then that Bugatti conducted a photoshoot of the car at the Circuit de la Sarthe which hosts the 24 Hours of Le Mans every year.

Bugatti started customer deliveries of the Centodieci in mid-2022. The first example to roll out of the factory was designed to mimic the EB 110 owned by the buyer and was therefore finished in the same color of EB 110 Blue. A few months later, Bugatti completed work on a silver Centodieci designed to mimic one particular EB 110 Supersport also with a silver paint finish.
