Although we’ve already spotted its Korean counterpart, the 2024 Accent, undisguised on public roads, Hyundai has released new teasers for the all-new Verna before its official unveiling in India on March 21. The deliveries of the Verna will start in mid-April.

Two short videos shared to YouTube, as well as a series of images published to Hyundai’s Indian website, preview the exterior and interior design of the sedan. The front end is particularly noteworthy thanks to the full-width LED light bar and the headlights that are incorporated into the outer extremities of the large grille, all of which make it look like a compressed version of the soon to be revealed, 2024 Sonata.

We can also see what the rear of the new Verna will look like. It comes complete with an LED light bar as well as a pair of dramatic taillights that give the sedan a very bold and eye-catching look. It’s bound to turn heads on the roads and the cabin comes loaded with features that are sure to please customers.

Much like the Kia EV6, as well as a handful of Hyundai Motor Group vehicles, the Verna will have a dedicated display for the HVAC and infotainment systems that can be switched at the touch of a button.

We also know that the new Hyundai Verna will come complete with a cooled glove box, heated seats, ventilated seats, and an 8-speaker audio system from Bose.

Both these engines will be offered as standard with a six-speed manual but the naturally-aspirated one will also be available with a CVT while the 1.5-liter turbo can be optioned with a dual-clutch.
