Porsche is celebrating its 30th anniversary in Thailand with the launch of the special 911 Carrera GTS 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition. While the name doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue, the special model has been brought to life through Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur.

In Thailand, each day of the week has a different color it is associated with, so the limited-run 911 Carrera GTS 30 Years will be offered in seven different colors. The first is Signal Yellow, representing Monday, Ruby Star (pink) for Tuesday, Signal Green for Wednesday, Pastel Orange for Thursday, Riviera Blue for Friday, Ultra Violet (purple) for Saturday, and Fire Red for Sunday.

It is not just the special paint colors that make the 911 Carrera GTS 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition stand out. Porsche has also equipped the sports car with 20- and 21-inch center-lock wheels from the 911 Turbo S that come with colored accents to match the paint. The brake calipers are finished in black as standard.

Elsewhere, the car features a handful of high-gloss black accents, including the SportDesign front apron, front intakes, side window sills, rear apron inlays, rear lid inlays, and exterior mirrors. The B-pillars also rock a ’30 years Porsche Thailand Edition’ plaque. The five slats on the driver’s side rear decklid are finished in red, white, and blue to signify the Thai flag.

Found in the cabin are various trim pieces to match the exterior color, Black corduroy seat inlays, Pebble Grey seat pipings, and contrast stitching throughout.

To celebrate the launch of the model, Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur has unveiled a special one-off that is hand-painted in each of the seven available colors of the limited-run 911.

“The values that make up the Porsche DNA – pioneering spirit through heritage and innovation in perfect harmony – are thoroughly aligned with the values of Thai people, honoring their rich history but at the cutting edge of modern technology,” Porsche Asia Pacific chief executive Hannes Ruoff said of the car. “With this Porsche 911 Carrera GTS 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition, we pay tribute to this amazing country that has been so welcoming to our brand, and that keeps inspiring us with its vibrant culture and people that are truly driven by their dreams.”
