As far as American SUVs go, few are as extreme or as desirable as the Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat and for those looking to pick up the keys to one without breaking the bank, we have an example for you.
The Durango SRT Hellcat you’re looking at is one of the original 2021 models and is currently up for auction through IAAI. Unfortunately, it has a salvage title in North Carolina but we see no reason why it couldn’t be repaired should someone be willing to invest a handsome sum into it.
The listing notes that the super SUV has been driven 22,853 miles (36,778 km) since rolling out of the factory and that it primarily has damage to its right rear, as well as its suspension. While the extent of the suspension damage isn’t known, we can see that the rear of the Durango is missing its taillights, certain trim pieces, and the tailpipes. The front and rear fender flares are also missing, as are the front and second-row windows on the passenger side.
It’s certainly a sad sight but there’s no reason why the aforementioned parts cannot be repaired or replaced, making the Dodge look like new again. Combined with some new suspension components, the SUV could be as good as new.
Then there’s the matter of the salvage title. While it’s not ideal, it’s also not the end of the world as salvaged vehicles in North Carolina can be restored and rebuilt and if they fit legal road standards, may be issued with a rebuilt salvage title and can be legally driven on the road.

It’s difficult to estimate how much the Durango SRT Hellcat will sell for but at the time of writing it had attracted a highest bid of $25,125.
