Shohei Ohtani, the LA Dodger slugger who won the National League MVP last year, is a baseball superstar and a global phenom for the sport. He’s also going to be the first MLB player to make his way into Fortnite.
An Ohtani skin will be available for purchase in the Fortnite Shop starting on March 17, according to developer Epic Games on Monday. The 17th was chosen to match Ohtani’s uniform number.
Two bundles featuring Ohtani are coming on March 17. The first includes the slugger in his Dodgers uniform in the home and away colors and a Lego style. This bundle includes a Decoy Back Bling, a bobblehead modeled after Ohtani’s dog and a Trusty Two-Way Pickaxe.
