Vibes earplugs don’t block all sound; that would defeat the purpose of using them at a concert. They do block up to 22 decibels, though, so they can reduce the harmful noise levels of, say, 60,000 people screaming along to Don’t Look Back in Anger to a manageable level. They do this almost invisibly, too.
