While it’s the go-to place for vlogs, music videos and excellent animal content, YouTube probably isn’t the first thing you turn to for full-length movies. However, the video sharing platform hosts a number of free, ad-supported films that are worth checking out.

For instance, comedy classic Legally Blonde, critically-successful sci-fi horror film The Endless and frequently-recommended documentary Jiro Dreams of Sushi can all be found on YouTube.

Some of YouTube’s free movie offerings are also available to stream for free with ads elsewhere. Legally Blonde, for example, is serving up fashion-forward looks (and convincing court arguments) on Pluto TV, Tubi and The Roku Channel, too.

But assuming you already have YouTube loaded up, here’s what to watch now. The majority of these films received generally favorable reviews or better according to Metacritic. Others, like The Sandlot, deserve an add anyways.
