A local TV station’s production manager stumbled upon an archive interview with this future rock god from a teachers’ strike 50 years ago.
Born and raised in Minneapolis, the budding superstar was attending Lincoln Junior High school in April 1970.
He did an interview about the walkout with CBS local station WCCO, and the old footage was unearthed by a TV production manager.
A flabbergasted childhood friend has confirmed the boy’s identity.
