Amazon’s July Prime Day event is over, but it’s also not over. The discounts might not be as deep today as they were a couple of days ago, but deals remain around including lower prices on new laptops for school, work, gaming, content creation or entertainment. And while Prime Day really is an excellent time to buy a laptop, you can still potentially save yourself hundreds of dollars.
Amazon isn’t the only retailer dropping prices on laptops right now, either. Best Buy, Walmart and other stores have competing sales going and even PC makers like Dell, Acer and HP offer discounts when buying directly from their sites too. In fact, while many of Amazon’s deals evaporated overnight, I recommend going directly to the online store of the PC maker you’re interested in. HP, Dell, Asus, Acer, Lenovo, Samsung, LG and others are continuing their discounts that can rival retailers.
