The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4830 is one of our overall favorite printers on the market in 2023. It’s a little bulky compared to other printers on this list, but it can also handle heavy use with ease, making it a great pick if you need a serious workhorse for big jobs. It also has functions for copying, scanning, faxing and two-sided printing.
Canon
This affordable printer lacks some of the bells and whistles of pricer models, like a color touchscreen, but it can print from mobile devices and laptops. Like many printers, it can also make copies and scan documents, and it works over Wi-Fi.
Epson/CNET
This printer has a 2.4-inch color LCD screen and lets you print, copy and scan documents. It even allows for two-sided printing automatically. It also supports wireless printing from both iOS and Android devices and has a built-in card slot that fits most memory cards. This printer has a 100-sheet input and 30-sheet output capacity.

This printer has a 4.3-inch LCD touchscreen for managing operations, works with phones and computers, and can scan, fax and copy in addition to printing. Epson is touting speed first and foremost with this printer, saying it can print 21 black-and-white or 11 color pages per minute. This printer also has a 2.7-inch touchscreen and supports mobile printing. It has a 250-sheet paper tray. You can pick it up for $190 at Walmart, which saves you $10 compared to grabbing it from Epson directly.
