Over the last several years Google has made a name for itself in the Android phone market, with several models recently gracing our list of best mobile phones for 2024. Google Pixel phones are powerful and user-friendly and are a welcome addition to anyone already integrated into the Google ecosystem.

Pixel 8 Pixel 8 Pro Pixel 8 Pixel 8 Pro

While there are no direct discounts from Google right now, you can get up to $750 in trade-in value, so you could theoretically get the Pixel 8 phone for free, or possibly a steeply reduced price. A purchase also gets you three months of YouTube Premium, six months of Fitbit Premium and six months of Google One with the purchase.

New and existing AT&T customers desiring the Pixel 8 Pro can get up to $1,000 off with trade-in and purchase on installment (with an eligible unlimited plan).

AT&T is offering savings on Pixel phones when they’re purchased on an installment plan. Score the Google Pixel 8 Pro for $0 per month by trading in an eligible device, with a trade-in value of up to $1,040. You must also switch to an eligible unlimited data plan.

The Pixel 8 will cost you $11 per month but you can get savings of up to $444 in the form of bill credits over 36 months, with no trade-in required.

Customers adding a new line at Verizon on any 5G Unlimited plan can get the Pixel 8 for free. Alternatively, you can save up to $800 with just a trade-in if you’re an existing customer who qualifies for an upgrade.

If you prefer the Pixel 8 Pro, you can get up to $1,000 off with a new line and trade-in of the same brand (any model, any condition). Or add a new line on the Unlimited Ultimate plan and you can get up to $640 in promo credit, in the form of bill credits over 36 months. If you want to upgrade, Verizon is offering $200 off, no trade-in or new line required.

Verizon also has a few bonus offers. You can get a Google Pixel Watch 2 for free with your phone purchase, but note that you’ll need a new line of service to get the discount.

T-Mobile customers on a Go5G Plus or Go5G Next plan can get $800 off either model with an eligible trade-in or a new line of service. That gets you the Pixel 8 for free and the 8 Pro for $200.

If you’re on a different qualifying service plan, you can still save up to $500 with a trade-in or $400 off when you add a qualifying line. This discount is applied as bill credits over 24 months.

Best Buy is not offering any straight discounts, but you can get up to $325 off in trade-in credit. If you prefer to get the Verizon model, you can get up to $800 in credit for a trade-in on the Pixel 8 and up to $1,000 in credit for a trade-in on the Pixel 8 Pro.

You also get one month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for free with either phone.

Mint Mobile is offering big discounts on the Pixel 8, saving you $300 off the regular price. This brings the cost down to $399. Plus, you can get six months of service for free with the purchase of either phone when you port your number over to (and sign up for) any of Mint Mobile’s service plans. At present, Mint is not selling the Pixel 8 Pro.

When you purchase the Google Pixel 8 Pro through Spectrum you can get up to $700 in savings with the trade-in of a qualifying device, which brings the price down to $400. This offer is good through March 31.

If the Pixel 8 is what you’re after, though there isn’t a big promo, you can get $100 off if you trade in a qualifying device and purchase and activate the Pixel 8.

There are no straightforward discounts on the Google Pixel 7 or 7 Pro through Google right now, but you can trade in your old phone from Google, Apple, Samsung and other brands for up to $515 off (with the latest iPhones netting you the biggest discount).

Similar to Google, AT&T isn’t offering comprehensive deals on the Pixel 7 or 7 Pro right now, but if you’re looking to trade in your old Apple, Samsung or Google phone, you can save up to $500. Newer models (especially iPhones) earn the highest trade-in value.

Best Buy currently has the 128GB and 256 GB variants of the Pixel 7 discounted by $200. The Pixel 7 Pro is in stock and on sale: You can get $300 off bringing the price down to $599. And you may be able to save a little more when you trade in an old device. Plus, the purchase of either phone scores you one month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, three months of Google One and three months of YouTube Premium.

Amazon has some bigger discounts on the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro right now, with some variations up to 44% off the list price. For example, if you go for the 128GB Pixel 7 Pro in snow or hazel, you can get it for $499. However, keep in mind the deals vary a lot based on the color and storage configurations, so be sure to check all the options to zero in on the best deal currently available.

Although Verizon is no longer carrying the Pixel 7 Pro, the Pixel 7 is still available. Unfortunately, there are no big discounts and only the obsidian color is in stock. If you combine the purchase with a Google Pixel Watch 2, you can get $400 in promotional credits, but you’re required to add a line for the watch.

Mint has both the Pixel 7 and the Pixel 7 Pro at the regular price, but when you buy six months of service you get six months for free. Both phones are in stock, but available only in a locked model.

Spectrum does not have the Pixel 7, however, they are carrying the 7 Pro. Although there are no big discounts, you can qualify for a $100 discount with the trade-in of any device worth more than $1.

Pixel 7A deals

Google has no direct savings, but the Google store does have an exclusive coral color. You can also get up to $350 in trade-in, which potentially brings the Pixel 7A down to $150.

The Pixel 7A is still sitting at $499 at Best Buy right now, but you can trade in a device to save a good chunk off that number. While technically you can get up to $680, with iPhones netting you the most back, your trade-in amount can’t exceed the value of the Pixel 7A, so you’ll have to see how much your trade-in would be worth. The purchase also comes with one free month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, three free months of Google One and three free months of YouTube Premium (for new subscribers).

Although the retail price for the Pixel 7A at AT&T is slightly higher than it is at Google (Google’s price is $500, AT&T’s price is $520 out the door), the 7A is currently discounted to $3 per month, no trade-in required. That means you’ll get $412 in bill credits, bringing the price of the phone down to $108.

T-Mobile is offering two ways to get your hands on the Pixel 7A for free. You can get one free with a new line on a qualifying service plan, or with an eligible trade-in as long as you have or switch to a Go5G Plus plan.

MintMobile is offering the Pixel 7A for $410 right now, plus you get the same “buy six months, get six months free” deal for wireless service. The caveat is that obsidian is the only color available.

Now through March 31, you can get $200 off the price of the 7A if you trade in a qualifying device (which is almost any device) and activate a new one. But the device is currently on backorder through March 19.

Google's Pixel Fold phone Google's Pixel Fold phone

There are no deals on the Pixel Fold currently, but Google offers anyone who buys the Fold three free months of YouTube Premium and six months of Google One. You can save with a trade-in, with newer iPhones getting you the most return.

AT&T is offering up to $1,124 off with a trade-in, the purchase of the new phone and a qualifying plan.

Both new and existing Verizon customers can save on the Pixel Fold right now. If you’re adding a new line of service and you have an eligible trade-in, you can save up to $1,000. If you’re already a Verizon customer who qualifies for an upgrade, you can save up to $800 when you trade in an eligible device. If you don’t have a trade-in, you can still save $720 when you add a new line.

Verizon is also offering some other bonuses, including $400 off a Pixel Watch 2, but you’ll need a new line of service for the smartwatch as well.

Get up to $350 in savings when you get the Pixel Fold, activate it, and trade in a qualifying device. This offer is only good through March 31.

Google's Pixel 6A phone with app icons on the home screen Google's Pixel 6A phone with app icons on the home screen

The starting price is $349, and right now, Google isn’t offering any straightforward discount on top of that. If you have an old device from Apple, Google, Samsung or more, you can still save up to $525 with a trade-in. If you’re shopping for the previous-gen Pixel 6A, you’ll probably be trading in an older phone that will net you closer to $200 or $300 in credit.

Amazon is offering some modest discounts on unlocked Pixel 6A models. Depending on the color you choose, you can save between $29 and $39.

Amazon still has some previous-gen Pixel 6 phones that you can pick up. The Pixel 6 Pro is 47% less than the original retail price, so it’s $475, saving you $424, with no trade-in or new line required.
