Spy photographers snapped the 2024 Audi A6 e-tron earlier today and now we’re getting our first glimpse at the upcoming wagon variant.
Teased in concept form, the A6 Avant e-tron will be introduced later this week and feature “elegance for everyday use.” Audi is keeping details under wraps, but said the executive-class wagon has progressive lighting units as well as a “range long enough for extended trips.”
While the four-ringed brand is playing coy on specifics, the model will follow in the footsteps of last year’s A6 e-tron concept and feature slim headlights that reside above sizable intakes. Elsewhere, there are massive wheels and a sloping roof that meets a rear spoiler. We can also see slender taillights and what appears to be a pronounced diffuser.

Specifications remain unconfirmed, but the concept should ride on the Premium Platform Electric (PPE) architecture and have a roughly 100 kWh battery pack. We can also expect a dual-motor all-wheel drive system developing a combined output of 469 hp (350 kW / 476 PS) and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm) of torque. This setup allowed the previous A6 e-tron concept to have a WLTP range in excess of 435 miles (700 km), while 800-volt charging technology allowed the model to be given more than 186 miles (300 km) of range in ten minutes.
While a number of questions remain, the A6 Avant e-tron concept will be introduced at the company’s annual media conference on March 17th.
