Model X Owner Sues Tesla, Says FSD and Autopilot Don’t Live Up To Promise
One of the most controversial aspects of a new Tesla might just be the way the company advertises its driver-assistance systems, labeled as Autopilot and Full Self-Driving. Now, in a suit filed in San Francisco, one owner has decided to sue the company for damages resulting from the alleged misrepresentation.
The GAC Aion Hyper SSR Is China’s First Electric Supercar And It Can Do 0-60 In 1.9-Sec
In what could be considered the first Chinese supercar, GAC has revealed the Aion Hyper SSR, with performance credentials to match. In “Ultimate” guise, the Aion Hyper SSR can do the 0-60 sprint in just 1.9 seconds, while it’s powered by a 1,225 hp (913 kW) electric drivetrain. The brand says it’ll cost 1.68M yuan or about $240,000, while the less potent rear-wheel drive version will cost even less at 1.28 yuan or about $183,000.

New Subaru Crosstrek Debuts With Evolved Design And Tech Based On The Same Underpinnings
Subaru has unveiled the third generation of Crosstek to the Japanese market, with the crossover dropping the XV tag as it becomes a global model. The styling remains familiar, although every panel has been changed. Under the hood is the familiar 2.0-liter e-Boxer hybrid powertrain sending power to all four wheels through a Lineatronic CVT and Subaru’s symmetrical AWD system.

Uber’s network has been hacked, with the New York Times receiving images of email, cloud storage, and code from the hacker. Uber staff were also told not to use the office Slack messaging, with the hacker sending a message via the platform saying “I announce I am a hacker and Uber has suffered a data breach.”

Hundreds of European flights have been disrupted by strike action as French air traffic controllers walked out. The union responsible, Syndicat National des Contrôleurs du Trafic Aérien, or SNCTA, called the action due to stalled negotiations with the government.
