Cars can say a whole lot about their owner. They can say that the owner loves attention or prefers subtle stealthy speed. They can make it clear to others that maintenance isn’t a big priority or that the vehicle in question doesn’t ever get driven in the rain. So what then, does this double-dually Chevrolet Cadillac mash-up with 1,425 hp (1,062 kW) say about its next owner?
There are a number of jokes about big trucks compensating for short (in multiple ways) people. If that’s even remotely true then this truck should only be owned by only those who proudly profess their Napoleon syndrome status. It’s clearly nothing like a stock vehicle built by any manufacturer in 2004.
To sum it up as simply as possible, it’s a completely customized Chevrolet Silverado with a Cadillac Escalade EXT front end and an extended bed with an extra set of dually wheels. The seller says that the Cadillac components are a relatively recent addition. Oh, and there’s a twin-turbocharged 529ci V8 under the hood developing all of that horsepower. It feeds that power to the rear wheels via an Alison five-speed automatic transmission. It’s a monster in just about every way.

The interior is also custom and features cream leather upholstery, a bunch of digital gauges, and an aftermarket Kenwood sound system. If there’s a downside it’s that when you do sit in the driver’s seat, there’s an uninspiring stock steering wheel staring back at you.
The entire truck is supported with air-ride suspension and ten 22-inch wheels. It’s certainly a head-turner and a one-of-a-kind rig but evidently, that’s not enough for someone to pull the trigger and take it home.
Back in February of this year, it was listed for $65,000. Since then, Gateway Classic Cars where it’s housed has dropped the price to $46,000. At that price, it might just be worth it as a former SEMA show exhibit. There’s no doubt that it’s a special truck but what kind of special is it? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
