Valets in high-end hotels often find themselves behind the wheel of exotic hypercars which require a lot of attention during parking maneuvers. Unfortunately, the valet in the video below wasn’t as delicate as he should be with the gas pedal, ending up crashing a Lamborghini Aventador on another example of the same model. Even worse is the fact that both were members of the limited-production Ultimae series.
The video, discovered by The Supercar Blog, was uploaded on Instagram by Craig Jones, a professional athlete and coach from Australia practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu / grappling. The accident took place just outside a fancy-looking hotel. According to the description, the hypercars were rentals, although this doesn’t make us feel any better about the whole situation. Mind you, Lamborghini produced a total of 600 examples of the Aventador Ultimae (250 Roadsters and 350 Coupes), all fitted with the most powerful version of the 6.5-liter V12 producing 770 hp (574 kW / 780 PS).
The video shows a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster painted in light blue, with the valet in question still sitting behind the wheel. The alloy wheels and the graphics on the bodywork suggest that this is an Ultimae, which was the final edition of the V12-powered flagship. The same applies to the Aventador Coupe at the front, featuring a purple exterior shade, bronze alloy wheels, and orange brake calipers.
The Roadster appears to have rear-ended the Coupe, sustaining significant damage on the front end. The sharp carbon-fiber rear bumper of the Aventador destroyed the front fenders, bonnet, and bumper of the other hypercar. While the vehicle is nowhere near being totaled, replacing those components will certainly result in a hefty bill. Spare parts of Lamborghini models do not come cheap, especially when we talk about limited-production models with personalized specs.

Predictably, the valet that crashed the exotic was still in shock, with an awkward smile printed on his face. He exited the Lamborghini and explained he mistakenly pressed the accelerator instead of the brake pedal. Another hotel employee approaches the crashed supercars but the video ends when the valet asks not to be filmed. Hopefully, the insurance companies will take over and fix both vehicles without too much drama.
