If a Porsche-themed hotel suite is too plebeian for your vacation needs, look no further as Lamborghini and DarGlobal have joined forces for a luxury villa project in Spain.
Known as Tierra Viva (Alive Earth), the complex is Lamborghini’s first residential project in Europe and consists of 53 villas “inspired by iconic super sports car designs.”
To avoid a cookie cutter feel, there are three different types of villas called Diamante (6 bedroom), Zafiro (5 bedroom), and Esmeralda (4 bedroom). While each features a slightly different design, all will have “direct car access, panoramic swimming pools, multiple terraces, and flourishing gardens.”

The renderings look fantastic as the villas have a minimalist and upscale design. The automaker also noted they will be “positioned at different heights” to give all residents “panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea.”
Moving inside, the interiors will be “embellished with high-end finishes inspired by the style of Automobili Lamborghini.” That’s pretty vague, but DarGlobal said buyers will find polished marble floors and fine leather. We can also see a minimalist kitchen with a large island. The open floor plan will allow for easy entertaining, while the bedrooms offer ‘floating’ beds and lights that drop down from the ceiling.

The Tierra Viva complex will be located in Benahavis, which is a short drive from Marbella. The automaker says the “strategic location offers residents easy access to various points of interest, including the beach, Puerto Banús, the Marbella Club Golden Mile, and the Marbella Marina.”
This isn’t Lamborghini’s first time working on a luxury villa project and CEO Stephan Winkelmann stated, “DarGlobal’s experience in creating luxury properties in combination with Lamborghini’s design philosophy has led to this stunning achievement.”
DarGlobal says the project is “under development” and is slated for completion in 2027. There’s no word on how much villas will cost, but the project is valued at approximately $310 (£243 / €282) million.
