This Porsche Carrera GTZ is the only one with a bespoke Zagato interior

Few cars get the blood pumping of car enthusiasts quite like the Porsche Carrera GT. It is perhaps the quintessential mid-engined supercar of the past 20 years and a particularly stunning example customized by Zagato is looking for a new home.
The life of this Carrera GT started out just like most others. It was one of 676 examples supplied new to the U.S. and touched down on local shores in 2005. It remained in the U.S. until 2011 when it was exported to the UK and since then, has been exclusively serviced by Porsche Carrera GT master technician Craig Mayo.
During the car’s previous ownership, it was repainted in Slate Grey by Porsche GB and soon after, was purchased by the current owner. Eager to make this Carrera GT stand out, he sent it to Zagato to undergo its GTZ transformation. The upgrades took six months to complete and in addition to the Porsche receiving a host of new body panels, it was also resprayed in a bespoke shade of dark metallic green while the wheels have a graphite finish.

Zagato has converted just six Carrera GTs and one of them is a prototype. While each and every Carrera GTZ is special, this car – chassis 4 of 5 – is the only one with a bespoke Zagato interior. The coachbuilder retrimmed the seats in new leather while also bathing the dashboard, armrests, door cards, A-pillar, sun visors, central tunnel, and center console in the same leather. While we don’t know how much the interior changes cost, the exterior modifications set back the owner almost €400,000 (~$438,000).
The Carrera GTZ has been listed through Carhuna and was sent to Porsche GB for a full inspection ahead of its sale. This inspection found a perished door seal, reverse light switch, and minor wheel nut damage. These items have since been replaced. The car will also be sold with a set of second-hand Carrera GT wheels and the front brake discs will be refurbished after the sale.
