Porsche is putting the finishing touches on the redesigned Panamera as a lightly disguised prototype has been spied undergoing testing on and around the Nürburgring.
Set to debut later this year, the 2024 Panamera sports an evolutionary design that is instantly recognizable. Despite giving off plenty of déjà vu, there are an assortment of changes including squared off headlights with prominent daytime running lights. They’re joined by a new front bumper, which features larger and more rectangular intakes as well as a large bar in the center.
The profile largely carries over despite camouflage and stickers suggesting otherwise. However, bigger changes occur out back as there’s an edgier bumper and slimmer taillights. We can also see a revamped diffuser and new reflectors.

While the latest pictures give us a glimpse inside, previous images have been far more revealing and have shown the car will adopt a Cayenne-like cabin. As a result, the model will have a digital instrument cluster and a new infotainment system that likely measures 12.3 inches. We also wouldn’t be surprised to find an optional 10.9-inch passenger display.
The updates extend beyond screens as the 2024 Panamera will adopt a minimalist center console that is largely devoid of switchgear. Buyers will also find new air vents and a shifter that has been relocated to the dashboard.
Performance specifications remain a closely guarded secret, but previous reports have suggested there will be updated 2.9- and 4.0-liter engines with mild-hybrid technology. The plug-in hybrid variants are also slated to receive updated engines and motors as well as beefier batteries and faster charging capabilities.
