Jeep has introduced the 2024 Grand Cherokee lineup and it benefits from updated wheels and a revamped Anniversary Edition

The 2024 model year updates continue to roll in as Jeep has announced a handful of changes to the Grand Cherokee.
Since the SUV is relatively new, there isn’t much to report as the Grand Cherokee Limited and Grand Cherokee L Limited now come equipped with 18-inch aluminum wheels that feature a painted and polished finish.
The updates to the 2024 Grand Cherokee 4xe are slightly more extensive as the Trailhawk trim now rides on new 18-inch aluminum wheels that are painted black. More interestingly, last year’s 30th Anniversary Edition is returning as the Anniversary Edition.

There’s no word on what it’s celebrating this time around, but the Anniversary Edition features a blacked out exterior with black 20-inch wheels. Buyers will also find Capri leatherette upholstery, a wireless smartphone charger, a nine-speaker Alpine audio system, and a 10.1-inch infotainment system with GPS navigation.
Since the updates are minor, there’s a familiar engine lineup that includes a 3.6-liter V6 pumping out 293 hp (218 kW / 297 PS) and 260 lb-ft (352 Nm) of torque.
The Grand Cherokee 4xe is notable for having a plug-in hybrid powertrain that consists of a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, two electric motors, an eight-speed automatic transmission, and a 17 kWh battery pack. This gives the model a combined output of 375 hp (280 kW / 380 PS) and 470 lb-ft (637 Nm) of torque as well as an electric-only range of 25 miles (40 km).
Pricing for the 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee starts at $40,130 which is the same as last year. Likewise, the Grand Cherokee L continues to begin at $42,130. The Grand Cherokee 4xe sticks to its $60,460 price tag as well, although the range-topping Summit Reserve 4xe drops from $78,420 to $77,825 for a $595 savings.
Jeep has already launched the configurator for the 2024 Grand Cherokee, although pricing summaries seem off as they indicate the model starts at $39,535.
