The Ferrari 812 Competizione is just about perfect. In fact, some have boldly claimed that it is the best road-going Ferrari ever built, offering staggering levels of performance for a front-engine Grand Tourer-turned-supercar. Novitec has just made it even more impressive.

The highlight of the 812 Competizione is its fizzing, high-revving, and screaming 6.5-liter naturally-aspirated V12 that ordinarily produces 830 hp and 510 lb-ft (691 Nm) of torque. Those are remarkable figures but Novitec wasn’t satisfied and has developed a new high-performance exhaust system for the car available either in stainless steel, or Inconel and with gold plating. This new exhaust, as well as 100-cell catalytic converters, has allowed Novitec to extract 854 hp and 524 lb-ft (711 Nm) from the engine. Peak power also now arrives at 9,200 rpm as opposed to 9,250 rpm.

Satisfied with this small boost in performance, Novitec then calibrated a set of its lowered sports springs for use in the 812 Competizione. These new springs don’t just drop the ride height by 25 mm (1 inch) but work seamlessly with a front-axle nose lift system that raises the car by 40 mm (1.5 inches) at the press of a button.

Novitec Extracts 854 HP From The Ferrari 812 Competizione

Three different wheel designs have also been developed in conjunction with Vossen for the ultimate front-engined Ferrari. The car pictured is rolling on a set of Novitec NF 10 ZV wheels measuring 21×10-inch at the front and 22×12.5-inch at the rear while wrapped in 275/30 and 335/35 tires. Other options are the NF9 Forged wheels and the NF8 Directional Forged wheels. More than 70 different colors are offered for these wheels, including eye-popping shades like Biscayne Blue, Vossen Red, Flamingo Pink, and Ultraviolet (purple).

Novitec also offers 10mm (0.39 inch), 20mm (0.78 inch), and 30mm (1.1 inch) aluminum wheel spaces to get the wheel fitment just right. Customers can also turn to Novitec should they wish to customize the interior of their Ferrari 812 Competizione with new areas of leather, Alcantara, and carbon fiber.
