What’s the most common car driven by bad drivers? That’s the main subject of today’s question of the day and before you go to typing BMW down below we have a few important caveats for you to consider. It might make you reconsider your answer and what specific car you believe is piloted by the very worst drivers on the road.
Specific car is the important phrase of the day because we’re not asking about an entire brand. In addition, this isn’t a question of poor manners like those missing from BMW drivers who don’t know about their indicator stalk. We’re looking for drivers who are simply horrid at the act of driving.
For example, it might be easy to pin this one on Ford Mustang drivers. They seem to intentionally document just how bad they are at bridling the power beneath their right foot. Does that make them the very worst on the road? I don’t think so and here’s why.

It’s somewhat easy to be overcome by a powerful car. That’s why there are countless videos online of one dumb-looking crash after another involving too much horsepower for the driver in question. It’s a whole different issue altogether to be such a bad driver that commanding a normal car properly is outside of one’s personal performance envelope.
I’ll submit my answer as the lowly Nissan Altima. We’ve all likely heard about the idea of Big Altima Energy and that was born specifically from the idea that Altima owners don’t give a flip. They do what they want the way they want in a vehicle that can at best be described as an appliance for the road.
