Rolls-Royce has lifted the veil on a unique version of the Phantom inspired by one of Italy’s most beautiful coastal regions, Cinque Terre.

The special Rolls-Royce, fittingly dubbed the Phantom ‘Inspired by Cinque Terra’, aims to capture the “enchanting allure and fascinating viticultural heritage of the fabled Italian Riviera,” and has received a number of unique and eye-catching elements.

Adorning the exterior of the car is a color known as Liguarian Blue that is complemented with a hand-painted double coachline finished in Navy Blue and Jasmine. The Phantom then features a subtle motif of grapes, celebrating the stunning vineyards that can be found near Cinque Terre. The interior is just as special.

Rolls-Royce Phantom ‘Inspired By Cinque Terre’ Is A Celebration Of Italy’s Stunning Coast

Found throughout is a combination of Grace White and Navy Blue leather complete with Jasmine accents. The rear door panels also have embroidered grape branches made up of 9,215 stitches. These are not just regular stitches either. Rolls-Royce says the grapes have an embroidered satin stitch to help them glisten under light. The grape leaves then feature a tatami stitch that is said to provide a “textual contrast and enhances the embroidery’s tactile qualities.”

The special touches continue with a Bespoke Starlight Headliner that features a map of Italy that has been embroidered with 14,338 individual stitches. The headliner also features five glowing stars to represent each of the five villages that make up Cinque Terre. Found on the dashboard of the one-off Rolls-Royce Phantom is a piece of specially commissioned artwork that aims to capture the character of Cinque Terre and features various elements from the five villages. The gallery was initially sketched digitally and then airbrushed by hand with water-based acrylic paint that was coated in multiple coats of clear lacquer.

Rounding out the unique elements of the Phantom ‘Inspired by Cinque Terre’ are picnic tables made from stainless steel and complete with gold plating. The tables have been painted Milori blue and have unique inlays to make them stand out.
