Finally! Someone is tackling the issue that literally tens of people are experiencing: what vehicle shall I park on my yacht so that I can have something to drive once I arrive at my exotic destination? Everrati’s got you covered.

At the 2023 Monaco Yacht Show, the electromodding specialist showed off its latest project, an all-electric Land Rover Defender designed specifically to be stored on a yacht.

Conceived in collaboration with Bannenberg & Rowell, a design company that dabbles in yachts, and Edmiston, a super yacht specialist, the vehicle is billed as a green way to get around on shore after you’ve wasted gallons of bunker fuel lugging a swimming pool across the ocean.

“We are really pleased to be teaming up with Everrati and Edmiston on the Shore Tender project,” said Dickie Bannenbuerg, co-founder of Bannenberg & Rowell. “Bannenberg & Rowell vehicle designs are quite rare beasts – as they should be after the extremely exclusive Jensen Interceptor (Office Version) designed by Jon Bannenberg in the 1970s.”

The Defenders are fitted with a bespoke electric powertrain whose details have not yet been revealed, and it will be hand-built using OEM-grade materials. Owners will be able to charge with AC or DC fast chargers to ensure flexibility.

The Defender’s interior is crafted with luxury in mind, featuring a custom champagne chiller in the hood bulge, modern upholstery, storage for towels and other equipment under the benches, as well as a roof awning made out of – what else? – sailcloth.

Evarrati’s Defender can be also painted to match its mothership and comes with custom duffle bags made out of sailcloth with the yacht’s name embroidered in them.

“The Shore Tender is a testament to our commitment to sustainable mobility solutions that elevate the luxury experience,” said Justin Lunny, CEO of Everrati. “With this innovation, we aim to redefine how yacht owners explore the world, offering an eco-friendly alternative without compromising on style or performance.”

Don’t even bother asking how much this electromod will cost, because Everrati will only offer the price for those who apply to build since it’s “subject to a detailed commissioning consultation.”
