We’ve encountered collectors who have an unwavering passion for a specific make or model, but few match the dedication of Mike Kennis. He very likely boasts the largest collection of Ford Crown Victorias owned by a single individual anywhere in the world.

The unique assemblage, meticulously curated over several years, comprises a range of well-preserved vehicles, including civilian cars and police interceptors. In fact, he’s even offering some of them for sale.

Kennis’ impressive collection consists of a grand total of 85 vehicles, with the lion’s share belonging to the Ford Crown Victoria family. This discontinued, body-on-frame sedan has earned a dedicated following due to its reputation as one of the most resilient, comfortable, and cost-effective-to-maintain American-made vehicles. Notably, it has a long-standing history of service in law enforcement.

Such a large number of sedans require a crazy amount of space for storage, being parked in multiple locations in Corning, New York. We can only imagine how hard is to maintain a collection like this, as even storing and organizing the keys sounds like a burden.

This remarkable collection was showcased on the Limited Edition Motorcars YouTube channel, and during the feature, the owner revealed his intention to sell a portion of it. Among the low-mileage gems highlighted in the video are a former FBI vehicle with approximately 30,000 miles (48,280 kilometers) on the odometer, a single-owner LX civilian model purchased from Pennsylvania boasting 22,000 miles (35,000 kilometers), and a police interceptor previously owned by an attorney and former investigator, with less than 20,000 miles (32,000 kilometers) logged.

While Kennis appears to own numerous Crown Vics with five digits on the clock, even his higher-mileage models appear to be i pristine condition on both the exterior and the interior.

The owner intends to list the used Crown Vics for sale in batches. Currently, the Limited Edition Motorcars website has 10 units listed, with prices ranging between $7,900-12,300, depending on the specification and condition. Interestingly, the first car Kennis bought is a 2013 Chevy Impala, followed by a spree of Ford Crown Victorias.
