A group of former Apple, Cruise, Tesla and Volvo employees have come together to create a futuristic travel trailer known as the Pebble Flow.
Set to debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show next month, the Flow aims to bring an “iPhone-like experience to RVing” and is billed as the “most technically advanced travel trailer on the market.”
It certainly looks the part as the trailer has an aerodynamic design with clean lines and an expansive greenhouse. The latter provides a 270-degree view of your surroundings and the glass area is ‘visually expanded’ by black accents.

Those aren’t the only cool touches as the trailer has an InstaCamp function. As the company explained, a “push of a button deploys or retracts an awning, stairs, lights, and auto-leveling stabilizers to set up camp or get back on the road in seconds.”
The trailer is 25 feet (7.6 meters) long, which is the same length as the boondocking-focused Airstream Trade Wind. That’s pretty sizable and you’ll need a vehicle with a towing capacity of 6,200 lbs (2,812 kg).
A Classy, But Minimalist Interior
The upscale styling continues inside as the Flow has a classy cabin with a minimalist design. The company didn’t go into many specifics, but the trailer has a four-seat dinette and a “whisper-quiet” climate control system. There’s also a slick kitchen with an induction cooktop, a 4-in-1 convection microwave, and a full-size fridge. Pebble went on to say a “flip-up service window gives flexibility to cook inside or al fresco.”
The trailer has one queen and one full bed, which enables it to sleep up to four people. The larger of the two beds retracts and transforms into a “work-from-anywhere office” complete with a Starlink internet setup.
The bathroom draws inspiration from luxury hotels and features glass that changes from transparent to opaque. It also has contemporary fixtures, a shower, and a “state-of-the-art macerating toilet.”
Other highlights include a “night sky roof panel,” which enables owners to sleep under the stars. There’s also an app that allows them to remotely lock/unlock the door, control the lights, and adjust the climate control system.
A 45 kWh Battery And A Dual-Motor Powertrain

The Flow is powered by a 45 kWh LFP battery, which promises to enable owners to stay off-grid for up to seven days. This is aided by a 1 kW solar panel, which is like being “perpetually plugged into a 110V outlet.”
The model has AC and DC charging capabilities as well as a regenerative charging function, which enables the trailer to “generate power while you tow it.” The company also said the trailer can act as an emergency power source when parked at home.
While those are interesting features, we’re saving the best for last as the Flow has a dual-motor Active Propulsion Assist System. It assists the tow vehicle and promises to make the towing experience “effortless.”
That isn’t the only party trick as the trailer has a Magic Hitch function. When activated, the “Flow positions itself and automatically hitches onto the towing vehicle.” The trailer can also be driven remotely for “easy parking and maneuvering” in tight spots.
The Pebble Flow is currently available for pre-order and the model is slated to begin shipping before the end of 2024. While a $500 deposit will secure your spot in line, the trailer carries a base price of $109,000.
However, you’ll have to shell out at least $125,000 to get all the high-tech toys. As the company noted, the range-topping variant comes equipped with a “Magic Pack” that includes the aforementioned dual-motor powertrain as well as “world-first features including Remote Control, Magic Hitch, Easy Tow and more.”
