What is a surefire way to make a car like the Maserati MC20 Cielo even more striking? Throw a bunch of carbon fiber parts at it, of course! This is exactly what 7Design House has done, creating what it refers to as the world’s first tuned MC20 Cielo.

Fresh off the factory floor, this MC20 Cielo is one of just 65 PrimaSerie Edition models. 7Design House has then outfitted it with its ‘Aria’ upgrade package, which was first unveiled on the MC20 Coupe last year and made up of a series of visual and aerodynamic parts out of lightweight carbon fiber with a bright blue tint.

The upgrades start with a blue carbon fiber front splitter, canards, and a front grille surround in the same bright finish. 7Design House’s carbon fiber theme continues with eye-catching strakes on the hood and blue carbon fiber on the rocker panels. The rear of the modified Maserati is particularly dramatic as that’s where you’ll find a blue carbon fiber diffuser and a large ducktail lip spoiler that doesn’t just look cool but should also add some downforce.

Is This Carbon-Clad Maserati MC20 Cielo Worth $500,000?

A key point of difference between the Aria kit for the MC20 Cielo and the Aria kit for the MC20 Coupe is that the Coupe also includes a roof scoop. Nevertheless, both packages look equally striking and are said to improve aerodynamic efficiency by 123%. What’s more, all of the carbon fiber parts use the original OEM mounting points so they can be easily removed and replaced with the stock components.

Rounding out the visual upgrades made to this special MC20 Cielo is a set of aftermarket wheels with chrome barrels and intricate matte gold spokes. These wheels contrast the stunning blue paint absolutely perfectly and are wrapped in sticky Michelin tires.

“Our clients have exceptionally high expectations for quality and personalization, which is why we provide a variety of carbon fiber materials, including options like this blue-tinted 4×4 twill weave carbon,” 7Design House founder Peter Eskander described. “Owners also have the choice of selecting forged carbon or the OEM-matched carbon for those who prefer a more classic appearance. We’ve created new elements for the aerodynamic program, such as a high wing and freshly designed components, that are available for our clients upon request.”

The tuner hasn’t mentioned how much its carbon fiber kit for the MC20 Cielo costs but claims the car’s value is now north of $500,000, roughly double the Maserati’s MSRP. Sounds a little far-fetched to us.
