The day of a Kia owner whose car was destroyed in a fire turned from bad to awesome late last week, all thanks to the power of social media and one generous drink bottle manufacturer.

The owner of the Kia, known as Dani Marie Lettering on TikTok, shared a video online displaying the aftermath of the fire that had ravaged the interior of her car. In the short clip, she provides a glowing review of the Stanley bottle she had in the car during the fire, revealing that it not only survived the blaze but still had ice in it, despite being trapped in an inferno.

“Everybody is so concerned if the Stanley spills… it was in a fire yesterday, it still has ice in it,” she said.

The video quickly went viral and at the time of writing, had garnered more than 82 million views. As reported by Roadandtrack, t didn’t take long for the President of Stanley to post a response on TikTok, revealing that the company will not only send her a bunch of new Stanley products but will also replace her vehicle for free.

The response from Stanley itself has also gone viral and has been viewed more than 30 million times. Based on the comments left on the two videos, it appears as though Danielle’s unfortunate ordeal of having her car catch fire and Stanley’s response have generated heaps of goodwill for the company. Heck, one comment that reads, “This is awesome definitely buying a Stanley now!!” has been liked more than 254,000 times and it seems likely that the firm’s sales have gone through the roof in recent days.

Danielle has already posted a follow-up video of the free Stanley products that she was sent and while it’ll probably take a little while for her to get a new car, a video of her taking delivery could go viral too.
