Taking your vehicle to the mechanic can be a painfully expensive process, but you normally expect to get your car back better than it went in. Unfortunately, for the owner of the Alfa Romeo Giulia in these photos, that was very much not the case.

The owner shared images of their Giulia crashed on top of and straddling two other vehicles last week. These photos, posted by u/Over_Inevitable6630, were accompanied by the caption, “I took her in for minor repairs and came back to this.”

The scene is made all the more devastating when it becomes clear that the car in question is an Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. Indeed, the 503 hp (375 kW/510 PS) generated by its 2.9-liter, twin-turbocharged V6 engine may have played a part in the aerobatic nature of the crash. The owner said that an inconsiderate minivan also contributed.

“They told me they were doing a test drive after the repairs, and a minivan cut them off,” the owner told Motor1. That caused “the driver to overcorrect and swerve up the embankment, hit a tree, and go airborne.”

Rumors reportedly circulated on Reddit suggesting that the technician was intoxicated, but the owner firmly denied these allegations. This clarification is a relief for the dealership, although it likely remains displeased with its employee’s involvement in the accident, which resulted in damage to multiple vehicles.

Impressively, the crash completely sheared the top of the Porsche 911 off, almost turning it into a convertible. The damage looks milder for the Mercedes GLE, which managed to stop the Alfa Romeo. However, in another shot of accident, the poster reveals that the GLE actually got pushed into a Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat.

It is not clear if the driver suffered any injuries, nor what the state of their employment contract is. It’s hard to imagine how a single sedan could have caused more damage in one incident, though.
