Gamers will be pleased to hear that a new update for Gran Turismo is being introduced this month, bringing with it three new vehicles and a selection of new events.

The two highlights of the update are the introduction of the Bvlgari Aluminum Vision Gran Turismo Concept from luxury watchmaker Bulgari and the X Gran Berlinetta Vision Gran Turismo Concept from Genesis. Anyone who purchases the limited-edition chronograph launched alongside the Bvlgari concept will receive early and free access to the car in Gran Turismo before its official release in February.

Of the two, we’re sure most would agree that the Genesis Vision GT is the sexiest. It adopts a similar design philosophy to other recent concepts from the car manufacturer like the X Speedium Coupe and has been conceived with a powerful hybrid system. This setup consists of a mid-mounted V6 engine with 870 hp and 790 lb-ft (1,071 Nm) of torque coupled to an electric motor that lifts combined grunt to 1,071 hp and 986 lb-ft (1,337 Nm).

Joining these two wild Vision GT cars is the 2018 Suzuki Jimny. While it is not the type of vehicle you’d associate with racing around in Gran Turismo, gamers will be able to drive the pint-sized off-roader in the new Jimny Cup run at circuits at Willow Springs International Raceway and Lake Louise. The game’s January update also includes a new Vision Gran Turismo Trophy with races along the Tokyo Expressway and the Monza F1 circuit.

A handful of other new features have been introduced. For example, the Café now has two extra menus, one focusing on Nissan Motorsports and the other featuring a collection of Dodge vehicles.
