Italian tuner Militem has unveiled its latest creation, dubbed the Magnum 700. This truck is built upon the foundation of the Ram 1500 TRX, boasting a range of exterior and interior enhancements while retaining the potent 702 hp supercharged Hemi V8 engine.

The Magnum 700 is the latest in a series of Magnum-badged trucks based on different iterations of the Ram 1500. The highlight is the wide range of customization options and a claimed elevated quality. Different shades and liveries for the exterior are combined with more sophisticated materials for the interior upholstery and trim.

From the outside, the Magnum 700 doesn’t try to hide its Ram TRX origins, as changes are limited to the new grille with a red honeycomb pattern, the 22-inch Black Edition forged wheels shod in all-terrain tires, and the Militem Black Performance quad exhaust pipes at the back. Optionally, the truck can be specified with a “Magnum Bar” on the rear bed featuring retractable LEDs, and carbon fiber inserts on the mirror caps, hood, and fenders.

For the interior, a selection of leathers is combined with Alcantara, contrasting stitching, and carbon fiber accents. The Militem emblem on the chrome plaque and the “700” embroidery on the seats show that this is not your ordinary Ram workhorse. A 19-speaker Harman Kardon premium audio system takes care of the entertainment alongside the main 12-inch touchscreen display. Owners can also add a panoramic double sunroof, a remotely operated tailgate, customizable LED ambient lighting, and removable steps.

Under the bulged hood lies the stock supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi V8 engine, producing the same 702 horsepower (523 kW / 711 PS) and 650 lb-ft (882 Nm) of torque. Power is transmitted to all four wheels via an eight-speed automatic gearbox, allowing a 0-62 mph (100 km/h) sprint to be completed in 4.5 seconds.

The tuner suggests that the chassis setup has been “carefully refined” with a raised stance, although the 30 cm (11.8 inches) ground clearance matches the stock Ram 1500 TRX, as with the adaptive suspension and Bilstein Black Hawk E2 shock absorbers.

The Militem Magnum 700 is now available for order, starting at a hefty €164,950 ($180,452) before taxes. According to the Italian tuner, it comes with a comprehensive European warranty lasting 36 months or 100,000 km (about 62,000 miles).
