Taiwan might not be the first country that comes to mind when you think of supercars and multi-million-dollar car collections. However, as showcased in a video by YouTuber and photographer Effspot, the tiny island nation is home to an array of interesting and cool cars.

The video kicks off with footage from an extensive collection of exotics, boasting a striking blue Lamborghini Diablo GT, a Ferrari 512, a 993-generation Porsche 911 GT2, a charming E30 BMW 3-Series, and a Porsche 911 GT3. Additionally, the YouTuber stumbled upon a Brabus-tuned Mercedes-Benz R129 featuring a formidable 6.1-liter V8 engine crafted by the renowned German tuner.

While the Mercedes-Benz certainly commands attention, it pales in comparison to the next vehicle showcased—a Lamborghini Veneno replica. As you may remember, Lamborghini produced only four units of the Veneno special. Given its extreme rarity, it’s hardly surprising that the three privately-owned cars are seldom spotted. On the other hand, the owner of this replica enjoys taking it out, and over time, it has garnered significant attention.

Found beneath the skin of the replica is a Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4. Given that the car is based around the Gallardo, rather than the Aventador that served as the base for the real Veneno, it comes as no surprise that the proportions are out of whack. Despite this, the body shop that built the car has done a good job of replicating many of the original’s key design details, including the towering rear wing and shark fin, the rear diffuser, and even the wheels. The brake calipers have even been painted in the color of the Italian flag.

While in Taiwan, effspot also came across a heavily modified Ferrari California that the owner has tried to morph into a one-off that could fool people into thinking it comes from Ferrari’s Tailor Made program. It is dubbed the ‘One Ferrari Aperta’ and has a bodykit even uglier than some of Mansory’s worst creations.
