British firm TWR (Tom Walkinshaw Racing) revealed the first model of its new era, dubbed the “Supercat”. The V12-powered restomod is based on the classic Jaguar XJS but features significant mechanical and visual upgrades, enhancing its performance on the road and the track.

The carbon fiber exterior was penned by digital artist Khyzyl Saleem in collaboration with renowned designer and collector Magnus Walker. It makes the XJR look like a racecar, with modern LEDs and pronounced aero components.

The physical debut of the TWR Supercat is expected this summer with the first deliveries scheduled towards the end of 2024. Production will be limited to 88 units, with each one priced from £225,000 ($282,200) before taxes. Besides the UK, the model will also be available in all major international markets, including the US.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
