2023 Kia Telluride Spied With New Headlights And An Updated Grille

Spy photographers snapped the facelifted Hyundai Palisade earlier this month and now they’ve caught the 2023 Kia Telluride.

Spied wearing bulky camouflage, the facelifted crossover features new LED headlights with vertical accents. They reside on either side of an updated grille that sports a new mesh pattern.

While the design of the front bumper appears evolutionary, the model adopts stacked fog lights similar to those found on the redesigned Sportage.

At the opposite end, there’s a new rear bumper that now features vertical reflectors. They’re joined by an updated exhaust and evolutionary taillights.

Spy photographers didn’t get a look inside, but we can expect an assortment of changes. Details are limited, but the facelifted Palisade features a freestanding digital instrument cluster, a revised dashboard, and a new steering wheel. It’s possible the Telluride will receive similar updates, but only time will tell.

One thing that may not change is the Telluride’s 3.8-liter V6 engine that develops 291 hp (217 kW / 295 PS) and 262 lb-ft (355 Nm) of torque. It’s connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission, which can be paired to an optional all-wheel drive system.

While there’s a lot we don’t know at this point, the Telluride has been a hit for Kia and officials like to refer to it as the ‘Selluride’ given consumer demand. Sales of the model have increased every year and, in 2021, the company sold 93,705 units in the United States.
