Lamborghini Brings The Goods To Salon Prive And British Concours d’Elegance

Lamborghini showcased some of its finest vehicles at the recent Salon Prive and Concours d’Elegance at Hampton Court Palace events in the UK.

During Salon Prive, Lamborghini proudly showcased the new Huracan Tecnica at its stand. The Huracan Tecnica displayed was finished in Arancio Xanto alongside a Huracan STO finished in Grigio Lynx. In addition, a Lamborghini Aventador Ultimae was also present.

The exclusive event also played host to a curated Platinum Collection of cars from the last 70 years to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee. Included in the 16-car display included a 2010 Reventon Roadster, one of just 15 examples in existence and one of only three right-hand drive examples. Complementing the Reventon Roadster was a particularly famous 1973 Miura P400 SVJ, chassis #4680.

This Miura SVJ was the fourth and final example, which recently underwent a comprehensive restoration by Lamborghini Polo Storico. Rounding out the prized Lamborghini models on display at Salon Prive was a Diablo SE 30th Anniversary, number 64 of 150, adorned in a Titanium finish.

Over at the Concours d’Elegance at Hampton Court Palace, a Huracan STO painted in Arancio Xanto captured the attention of the crowd, as did a number of customer-owned Lamborghinis that were displayed in the paddock, including a 1971 Miura SV and a 1976 Countach LP400 Periscopio.

The aforementioned Huracan Tecnica was unveiled earlier this year as a middle ground between the Evo RWD on which it is based and the hardcore Huracan STO. It comes equipped with a 5.2-liter naturally-aspirated V10 pumping out 631 hp and 417 lb-ft (565 Nm) of torque and benefits from a handful of styling modifications, in particular across the front and rear fascias.
