Super-Rare Lancia Delta Restomod By Automobili Amos Has A Shocking $650,000 Price Tag

The Lancia Delta Integrale is one of history’s most celebrated automobiles. One dreamer decided to “cut away all the fat” from the original car and his creation is the Automobili Amos Delta Futuristica. After its debut years ago one has popped up on the second-hand market with little more than delivery mileage.

Automobili Amos founder Eugenio Amos unveiled the car back in early 2018 and promised to build no more than 20 examples in total. Each one has a mostly carbon fiber body and an engine that produces 330 hp.

The original Integrale had just 197hp so boosting the output required a new intake, a new exhaust system, an updated intercooler, and a new ECU tune to take advantage of it all. That power is sent to all four wheels via a reinforced five-speed manual transmission with a rebuilt limited-slip differential out back.

The body modifications don’t just stop with a few carbon fiber panels as Automobili Amos deleted the rear doors of the Integrale, turning it into a much stiffer hatchback in the process. Unlike the car shown off first in press information about the Delta Futuristica, this car has a Martini-esque livery stripe running from its nose to the rear quarter panel. EvoCorse ‘Turbofan’ alloy wheels are color matched to the body. In total, the entire car weighs just 2,756 pounds (1,250 kg).

The cabin features Alcantara in red and black along with aluminum pedals, Recaro sport seats, and even an “Overboost” button with a little rocketship on it.

When it was first announced, Automobili Amos was asking about $347,000 for one. In fact, that was our only gripe about it when we first told you about it. The price for one on the used market has gone up, almost by double. The tribute car to a bygone era is offered for a shocking $649,950 by Prestige Imports of North Miami Beach, Fl.

That’s a high price especially when considering another one of the 20 that went for just £195,500 or about $212,000 overseas back in September. Of course, since this one is already in the states we can see it going for a little bit more, but probably not this much more.
