Mansory announced a new tuning package for the 2023 BMW X7, including a wide bodykit, carbon-fiber add-ons, and new alloy wheels measuring up to 24 inches in diameter.
Weirdly, the preview images on the tuner’s website show the pre-facelifted BMW X7, despite clearly stating that the upgrades are destined for the facelifted model (BMW uses LCI as an acronym for Life Cycle Impulse). The different design of the front end with the split headlights in the updated X7 means that Mansory will need to offer two kinds of front bumpers in order to be compatible with all model years. However, we think that the pre-facelift shots are just a mistake, even though they could also imply that the tuner intends on making a reverse facelift conversion.
The renderings are based on the original X7 with the M-package but feature a smaller version of the kidney grille with additional intakes below them. The front bumper gains a sporty extension with a pronounced slitter, side inlets, and a different layout for the stock intakes. The profile has wide fender extensions and side skirts with faux inlets next to the wheel arches. At the back, there is a matching bumper extension, body-colored trim surrounding the rear windscreen, and a pair of carbon-fiber spoilers. There is also a new trim piece around the quad exhaust pipes, and a slightly larger skid plate looking like a diffuser.
The tuner said they will offer a range of 11 lightweight alloy wheel designs, with a maximum size of 24 inches. In the official renderings, we get to see only one of the options, featuring a multi-spoke design. Finally, Mansory can also upgrade the interior with new upholstery and sporty touches upon customer request.
Mansory doesn’t mention any mechanical upgrades although they state their X7 will offer “a combination of superior power, luxurious comfort, and expressive design language”. Mind you, the most powerful variant of the BMW X7 is the M60i, fitted with a mild-hybrid twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine producing 523 hp (390 kW/ 530 PS) and 553 lb-ft (750 Nm) of torque. Then there is also the Alpina XB7 with a tuned version of the same engine producing a more impressive 630 hp (470 kW / 639 PS) and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm) in the US-spec form.

The BMW X7 was missing from Mansory’s catalog which includes plenty of SUVs like the rival Mercedes-Maybach GLS, the more rugged Mercedes-Benz G-Class, the flashier and more luxurious Rolls-Royce Cullinan, and the sportier Lamborghini Urus.
