Mercedes USA today revealed pricing for the hotter, AMG-tuned version of the EQE SUV. Available in just two trim levels, the 677 hp (505 kW/686 PS) electric crossover will start at $110,450 (including a $1,150 destination and delivery charge), about $30,000 more than the non-AMG version of the crossover.

American customers will only be offered the higher-power Mercedes-AMG EQE SUV 53 model, not the down-rated “43” model that Europeans can also select. That is unlikely to bother many buyers, who can choose between the standard and the Pinnacle trim.

As standard, the 2024 Mercedes-AMG EQE SUV will get AMG ride control with air suspension and adaptive damping, as well as active rear-axle steering to help manage the beefy motors. In the RACE START mode, it will be able to accelerate from 0-60 mph (96 km/h) in just 3.4 seconds, and it will reach a top speed of 149 mph (240 km/h).

In addition, it gets digital headlights, while 21- and 22-inch wheels are available. The MBUX Hyperscreen with a 12.3-inch driver display, a 17.7-inch central screen, and a 12.3-inch passenger display are all standard. Helping to bathe occupants in rich sound is the Burmester 3D surround sound system with Dolby Atmos tuning.

Nappa leather upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, inductive phone charging, and active park assist are also all standard, as is MBUX Navigation.

On the other hand, the Pinnacle trim starts at $113,750 (including a $1,150 destination charge). On top of all of the above-listed features, it also gets augmented video for navigation, a heads-up display with AMG-specific content, four-zone climate control, active ambient lighting, animated AMG logo projector puddle lights, and the advanced USB package.

Buyers can also choose from the AMG Night Package and the AMG Night Package Plus to set their EQEs apart aesthetically. They add gloss black and black chrome accents and exclusive wheels designs.

Mercedes says that the 2024 AMG EQE SUV is now available in dealerships across the U.S.
