The most bizarre of all Dodge Vipers has hit the market in the U.S. in the form of a massive limousine with an eye-watering price tag of $169,000.

This is not the first time we have published a story about this Viper limousine. In fact, we first reported on the 25-foot-long behemoth back in 2012 before it was listed for sale on eBay in 2021 but failed to sell. It then reappeared in October 2022 and was put up for sale through Facebook Marketplace with a $160,000 asking price before the price was dropped to $140,000.

The Viper limousine has now landed in the hands of Gateway Classic Cars in St. Louis. It has 6,827 miles (10,986 km) under its belt and while we’re skeptical that anyone will be willing to pay $169,000 for it given how hard it appears to have been to sell in the past, there might be someone out there with money to burn who wants to own something unique.

Gateway Classic Cars says that the limousine can comfortably seat 10 people with two seats up the front, two seats in the rear, and then two large bench seats out back. The Viper lacks a roof so it can only be driven when the sun is shining. Perhaps the biggest appeal of having a convertible Viper limousine like this is that all occupants can enjoy the sound of the naturally-aspirated 8.0-liter V10 found up front.

The selling dealer notes that the Viper has seatbelts for all passengers, meaning everyone “can enjoy the ride without compromising on safety.” However, we can’t shake the feeling that being involved in a crash in this Viper could end very, very badly.
