Terrifying footage has captured the moment that ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ actor Ian Ziering was brutally attacked by at least four bikers on Hollywood Boulevard on New Year’s Eve.

The 59-year-old actor was traveling in his Mercedes with his 10-year-old daughter when an individual riding a minibike allegedly pulled in front of his SUV and blocked him. Writing on social media, the Sharknado star claims that the biker hit his vehicle and he got out to assess the damage. The pair then came to blows and Ziering can be seen in the video aggressively pushing the biker before attempting to get back into his Merc.

However, the group of bikers weren’t willing to let things slide and quickly ganged up on the actor. At one stage, an individual wearing a dark blue hoodie slammed into the back of Ziering with his bike before punching him in the face. Soon, the 59-year-old had four bikers taking swings at him before he started to flee and was chased by them to the side of the road.

“I am relieved to report that my daughter and I are both completely unscathed, but the incident has left me deeply concerned about the growing boldness of such groups who disrupt public safety and peace,” Ziering wrote in an Instagram post after the incident. “As a citizen and a parent, I find it unacceptable that groups can freely engage in this kind of behavior, causing fear and chaos, while the response from authorities seems insufficient.”

“I have always been an advocate for standing up against intimidation and misconduct, and this incident reinforces my belief in the importance of personal and community safety,” he added. “We must address the underlying issues that lead to such disruptive behavior and ensure that our streets are safe for everyone. I urge city officials and law enforcement to take decisive action against such lawlessness and provide the necessary resources to prevent future occurrences.”
