Now could be the best time to buy an in-stock Lucid Air thanks to a slew of credits and bonuses that can reduce the MSRP by as much as $30,000 in an effort to reduce the existing inventory.
Until April 30, all Lucid Air models will offer a $5,000 On-Site Vehicle Bonus. Those living in Los Angeles are also eligible for a $15,000 Air Credit and a $9,650 Pro Credit, both of which are offered for those buying or leasing and can be stacked with the $5,000 inventory bonus. This brings the total savings up to as much as $29,650.

Interestingly, the discounts vary depending on the Lucid Air variant. For example, the Pro Credit is only available for models with the DreamDrive Pro and Surreal Sound Pro systems and this amount varies depending on the trim. For example, the Lucid Air Pure is eligible for a $12,500 Air Credit and a $2,900 Pro Credit.
Cars Direct found a 2023 Lucid Air Pure with a standard price of $79,300 including destination which is eligible for both a $12,500 Air Credit and a $2,900 Pro Credit. This lowers the EV’s price down to $63,900 and that seems to be before the new $5,000 On-Site Vehicle Bonus is added to the equation. As such, it could be possible to take delivery of a new Lucid Air Pure for $58,900.
While these discounts make the Air a cracking good deal, Lucid itself doesn’t expect to see any significant growth this year. In 2023, it produced 8,428 vehicles and expects to end 2024 having built approximately 9,000 vehicles.
Lucid is continuing to finalize the Gravity SUV for production. The new model will be released later this year and prices are expected to start under $80,000.
