Nissan has come a long way in the past few years and the company isn’t slowing down as they reportedly previewed their future lineup at a dealer convention in Las Vegas.

Automotive News reports that dealers were given a glimpse of three upcoming EVs including the Leaf successor. Little is known about the model, but dealers told the publication it will look like a “mini Ariya” and have crossover coupe styling.

More importantly, the Leaf successor is said to have a 25% increase in range. That would be much appreciated as the current model has EPA ranges of 149 and 212 miles (240 and 341 km). A 25% increase could see the vehicle travel approximately 265 miles (426 km) on a single charge.

Nissan Leaf Successor To Look Like A “Mini Ariya,” Could Offer 265 Miles Of Range

The other two models are more mysterious, but all three are expected to arrive in the second half of the decade. One is reportedly a crossover that will ride on the same CMF-EV platform as the Ariya.

The third and final EV is said to be a performance sedan, which could serve as a Maxima successor. That isn’t too surprising as the company all but confirmed the model would eventually return. As a spokesperson told us at the time, “stay tuned for future Nissan Maxima news as we empower journeys through exciting vehicles and tech innovation.”

EVs weren’t the only vehicles on display as dealers were reportedly shown the next-generation Armada, Kicks, and Murano. The company also said the redesigned Rogue would be offered with an e-Power hybrid system in the second half of 2026.

Little is known about the upcoming models, but recent reports have suggested production of the Kicks might be pushed back to the summer of 2024 thanks to equipment thefts in Mexico. The Armada, on the other hand, will echo the upcoming Infiniti QX80 that was recently previewed by the QX Monograph concept.
