The new McLaren Artura Spider combines all the same intoxicating elements of the Coupe into an even sexier droptop shape and fortunately for all the petrolheads among us, the British firm has published its online configurator for the car. Without further ado, how will you be speccing your dream Artura Spider?

Like all other McLaren models, there is a dizzying array of paint options available. Three of these form part of the 60th Anniversary Triple Crown collection, consisting of Le Mans Grey, Monaco White, and Indy Orange, designed to celebrate the firm’s 60th anniversary. A total of five standard colors are also available as are 17 colors through the Elite palette and a further 15 from MSO. We have opted for Lantana Purple.

Customers can choose between four different wheels. We are rather fond of the 10-spoke Star Forged alloy wheels in a Titanium Liquid Metal finish and have also gone with the Speedline Gold brake calipers with silver McLaren logos. You can also opt between Pirelli P Zero and Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires. Moreover, numerous carbon fiber exterior packages are available and give the supercar an even more exotic look.

There is plenty of fun to be had with the interior of the car too. Those looking for the most hardcore driving experience would be wise to opt for the Clubsport seats while those who would prefer a more refined and comfy option can go with the comfort seats with heated and power functions. A premium Bowers & Wilkins audio system can also be optioned.

Like the Artura Coupe, the droptop is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 and an electric motor housed within the dual-clutch transmission. The car pumps out 690 hp and 531 lb-ft (720 Nm) of torque and can hit 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.0 seconds while powering through to a 205 mph (330 km/h) top speed.
