Own a Tesla and want to make it stand out from the crowd? Well, Californian tuner Unplugged Performance has just unveiled one of the most intriguing aftermarket wheels we’ve seen for any Tesla. The rims have been brought to life with the help of noted car designer Sascha Selipanov.
Selipanov has worked at Genesis, Lamborghini, Bugatti, and Koenigsegg but last year, launched his own design company dubbed Hardline27. CarScoops had the honor of speaking with Selipanov last year who, through his work with Unplugged Performance, has attempted to fuse hypercar DNA into these wheels.
Unplugged refers to them as the UP-05. They have been constructed from 6061-T6 forged aluminum and depending on the size, can weigh as little as 19 lbs (8.6 kg). They have been designed to suit the OEM center caps, lug nuts, and TPMS sensors, and have also been tested extensively on the track to ensure they can deal with the most demanding driving conditions.

Each and every wheel features Selipanov’s signature and Unplugged will offer them in sizes ranging from 18 to 22 inches and they work on the Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X. Buyers can choose to have them finished in either Satin Bronze, Satin Titanium, Gloss Black, or Satin Black.
Prices start at $3,595 for both the Model 3 and Model Y options, $3,895 for the Model S, and $4,395 for the Model X.
